STRETCH #5 – SHOULDER ROLL STRETCH
Standing up straight pretend you have a pencil pointing away from each shoulder toward your sides and draw a circle the size of a dime with both shoulders simultaneously and evenly. Continue with increasing sizes up to a basketball. Then reverse the direction with both shoulders starting with the size of a dime and working upward. Take a few minutes to do this.
STRETCH # 6 – NECK STRETCH
Looking comfortably towards the floor – pretend there are two tape measures on the floor in front of you with the 0 mark at your feet and travels outward side by side. With your eyes travel side to side to the 1″ mark – 2″ mark etc. etc. until you are looking up the walls part way pain free. Take 1 -2 minutes to get to that point.
ALL STRETCHING IS DONE PAIN FREE.
